DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the sale of products made through the TRENLY online store, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.
2. Product Information
The type, quantity, color, model, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the product(s) are specified on the order confirmation screen.
3. Delivery Conditions

The product(s) are shipped to the address specified by the customer.

The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

The product will be delivered complete, undamaged, and in accordance with the order details.
4. Payment Conditions

Payments are collected securely via credit card, debit card, or other secure online payment methods.

The order is considered valid only after full payment has been received.
5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify TRENLY in writing within this period.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

After the returned product reaches TRENLY, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

Customized or personalized items prepared according to the customer’s request

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks, etc.)

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
7. Return and Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.

Size exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.

In case of shipping damage, a report must be prepared at the time of delivery.
8. Warranty
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty conditions.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
10. Enforcement
By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of this agreement.
